On arrival at Dublin International Airport, you will be met and assisted by our company executive and transferred to your hotel for check in. Continue your journey to the Rock of Cashel. This was the seat of kings and medieval bishops for 900 years and flourished until the early 17th century. In the afternoon, visit a sheep farm having around 1,700 sheep (1,000 for milking and 700 commercial sheep). This farm can provide award-winning sheep cheese. You will have the opportunity to sample sheep milk, sheep cheese, yogurts, sheep milk ice creams and sheep milk lattes. The farm also has a top-class sheep dog, year-round lambs and a sheep milking parlor. Enjoy a scenic farm walk.
Overnight in Cork
After an Irish breakfast, you will visit a beef farm near Cork. The farm has mostly Simmental and Charolais crosses. The farm is one of the original members of the West Coast Beef Producers group. We visit Blarney Castle, built in 1446 as a defensive fortress. The Castle which stands today is in fact the keep of a much larger fortress. All visitors should kiss the famous Blarney Stone, high up on the Castle battlements. Tradition holds that those who kiss the Blarney Stone will be endowed with the gift of eloquence – “the gift of the gab” as the locals call it. Opportunity for shopping at Blarney Wood Mills. You will be amazed at the selection of Irish gifts, music, crafts, woollens and more at this spectacular store.
In the afternoon, visit the Old Jameson Distillery in Middleton for a tour and tasting. No visit to Ireland is complete without a tour and tasting of Irish Whiskey, the national drink and one of their biggest exports. Come and experience our Jameson Distillery tour and let our expert guides take you back in time as they lead you through the fascinating story of Jameson Whiskey. All visitors receive a signature Jameson drink. Continue to the charming town of Killarney where we settle in for 2 nights.
Overnight in Killarney
Enjoy your breakfast and prepare yourself for one of the most gorgeous drives in Ireland, the Ring of Kerry, a beautiful trail (170km) in the southwest of Ireland passing through Killroglin, Glenbeigh, Cahirsiveen, Waterville, Sneem and Kenmare. Lunch (included) and a pint of Guinness in “The Blind Piper Pub” in Cahir Daniel.
In the afternoon, visit to a typical Irish beef farm. We continue and visit the Kissane Sheep Farm, including a sheepdog demonstration. This is a traditional, working sheep farm with approx. 1,000 mountain sheep and hundreds of lambs. The farm has been in the family for over 150 years.

After breakfast at the hotel, travel up the Atlantic seaboard to visit the dramatic 650ft Cliffs of Moher. The cliffs boast one of Ireland’s most spectacular views. On a clear day the Aran Islands are visible in Galway Bay, as are the valleys and hills of Connemara. These fantastic cliffs have been the subject of many songs written in Ireland. The Cliffs are one of Ireland’s top visitor attractions and are a designated UNESCO Geo Park. After lunch on your own we will visit a mixed family farm with sheep, suckler cows and potatoes. Continue through the Burren (Gaelic for rocky land) via Galway Bay to Galway. Famous for its lunar-like limestone landscape and its unique flora. About 20 species of orchids grow wild here. Continue to Galway “City of Tribes”. Galway is the capital of the West of Ireland. The streets and buildings of this ancient town have many interesting features. The compact city center, with its winding streets, packed pubs, and air of celebration, is easily walked or pub-crawled. The city of almost 70,000 is home to merry bands of students, artists, writers, and craftspeople. Recently, the city center of Galway has been closed to traffic to allow for the enjoyment of the city's narrow shopping streets.

This morning after breakfast, enjoy a tour of Connemara, some of the most rugged scenery in Ireland. Visit to Kylemore Abbey. Kylemore Abbey's greatest attraction is its location. Nestled at the base of Duchruach Mountain on the northern shore of Lough Pollacappul, in the heart of the Connemara Mountains, it is regarded as one of Ireland's most romantic buildings. Lunch on your own. Continue to visit Abalone Farm. Connemara Abalone is an aquaculture company in the west of Ireland that is 100% dedicated to the cultivation of abalone. Our abalone are born and reared in a state-of-the art aquaculture farm on the austere rocky shoreline where the Atlantic Ocean meets Galway Bay. We specialize in growing the premium Japanese species known as Ezo. Abalone are a highly prized shellfish delicacy, especially now that they have become scarce in most countries around the world where they used to be plentiful. Continue to visit a Connemara pony farm. An average of 200 mares are studded at this farm. Return to Galway for dinner.

We pursue this mission guided by what we call the ACE principle, our promise that in doing business we have a positive impact on the Animal, the Consumer, and the Environment. Continue to Dublin, the cosmopolitan capital of Ireland, famous for its friendly people and elegant Georgian architecture. The city was founded by Vikings in the 8th Century and has since been an important part of Europe’s maritime history. The Normans remained on the island over 800 years and it is evident in most of the castle architecture. Visit the library at Trinity College, one of the world’s great research libraries, holding the largest collection of manuscripts and printed books in Ireland. Since 1801 it has the right to claim a free copy of all British and Irish publications and has a stock of nearly 3 million volumes housed in a total of eight buildings. Visit the treasury and see a display of Irish medieval gospel manuscripts, principally the Book of Kells which contains a Latin text of the four gospels copied and decorated by Irish monks around the year 800 AD. We visit Christ Church Cathedral, build in 1038, and officially claimed to be the seat of both the Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic archbishop of Dublin. Contained in the church is the reputed tomb of Strongbow, a medieval Norman knight and warlord who came to Ireland and whose arrival marked the beginning of English involvement in Ireland. Afternoon free to explore this vibrant city and personal interests.
